European Trip Extravaganza - Part 7 - Budapest


 
We stayed somewhat near Castle Hill (on the "Buda" side of Budapest) where they have this cathedral, currently under renovation.

  Another great find!! That'll just be 140,000,999 Hungarian forents.  $30 USD.
 
 
  This has to be the worlds longest escalator.  It serves the Budapest subway.  Note the Hungarian guy acting a fool for the camera.. like he slipped on a bananna peel.  We didn't even notice him as I was taking the photo.

 
  Right after we got stuck out in the rain, we went to the Mongolian Barbecue.  This was the only all-you-can-eat place we went to.  It was all-you-can-drink too.  GOOD  EATS!!  And, since we had just gotten soaked, the heat lamps and blankets came in handy. 

 
 They probably put us outside because of how we looked the end of the day, but it was the perfect place to be..
